AHS was awarded “Advanced Unit of Jinan Education System”

Working meeting for education and construction of a clean and honest administration was held in No.2 High School on February 24^th. The meeting announced the spirits of the 10^thCongress of Party Representatives of Jinan city, and awarded advanced units and advanced individuals of education work in the past 2011. High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) was awarded“Advanced Unit of Jinan Education System”. Tan Yinghai, Party Secretary of AHS, attended the meeting representing the school.

Chen Dongsheng, commissioner of Education Bureau of Jinan city, attended and addressed the meeting. He emphasized that thoroughly implementing the spirits of the 10^thCongress of Party Representatives of Jinan is the principal political mission of our education system. Chen Dongsheng also assigned overall educational work of 2012. It’s reported that 16 units ofJinaneducation system were awarded the reward.

During the past 2011, AHS has been thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of the development and fulfilling spirits of the Fifth and Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the CPC, together with National and Provincial Education Meetings. Following these guidance, it pushed forward new development on a new phase in such aspects as concentrating on the implementation of feature development, education for all-round development, and comprehensive improvement of education quality, practicing the educational philosophy of “people-oriented, all-round development”, and carrying out working policy of “inheriting tradition, initiating working, strengthening quality, establishing good image”. These outstanding achievements on various works won excellent social reputation, and also gained recognition of administrating sessions.
