On October 20, pm. Grade 2015 Project-Based Learning (PBL) Show was held in the downtown schoolyard as well as Xingfuliu schoolyard of High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS).

Show boards were made to respectively display the representative PBL products of each class in Grade 2015, covering a whole set of procedures of putting forward a question, research methods, research process and research products. Students took an active part in attending the show in their spare time. They studied, discussed and debated, timely creating a considerably ardent atmosphere. In view of comprehensively implementing the national curriculum program and upgrading the level of AHS’s practice curriculum, this PBL show was conducted.

PBL turns out to be a students-oriented learning model, according to which students design, perform and evaluate their learning themselves with the aid and supervision of teachers.

AHS is always keeping faith with its educational objective of “cultivating the outstanding students with AHS characteristics”, trying to forge a stage for each student to success. The successful holding of this PBL show has well demonstrated its educational objective as well as displaying its educational philosophy of “putting students first and achieving their comprehensive development”.
