The 11^thInternational Future Business Leader Summit was held in Shanghai from August 6^thto 11^th. Future business leaders from many key high schools around the country attended this summit, competing for their own commercial dream. Under the organization of the School League Committee, Micro-Biz Society Members from High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) attended this summit led by Mr. Dong Yanqiang. After the six-day fierce competition, students of AHS made great achievements and won many awards, such as “the Best FMBA Student in the future B-school”, “the Best Sales Manager of the Year Award”, “the Best Market Maker of the Year Award”, “the Best on Behalf of the Information Ages”, together with group awards “Award for Company Excellence”, “Award for the Best Company in the Information Ages” and so on. According to the students’ outstanding performance, AHS received consistent high praise both from the business competition committee and the brother schools.

This summit is mainly composed of two parts, the Future MBA courses and Micro-Biz challenge matches. Therefore the students’ business knowledge and practice can be fully integrated. During the courses section, some well-known business executives were invited to share their knowledge and experience and communicate with the future business leaders. While during the Micro-Biz challenge matches, each participant together with their business partners can stimulate the process of company foundation and operation, products design, business transaction and so on. Through this section, students can experience the real and fierce business competition, feel the excitement and joy of commercial transactions, and therefore have achieved a win-win result. Through this summit, the participants’ commercial awareness, team spirit, speech ability and negotiation skills were largely promoted.

The selected 11 students of AHS were fully involved in every link of this business competition. Within these six days, they created their own business legends and experienced a comprehensive business adventure. Although it is their first time to expose such professional business competitions, though their unremitting efforts, they still achieved great results in each link. Among them, Han Qiaoyi won the only award --- “the Best on Behalf of the Information Ages” according to her outstanding performance; Shi Lianwei won the “the Best Sales Manager of the Year Award” on the English court; Lin Congqi and Cai Jingwen won respectively “the Best Market Maker of the Year Award” and “the Best FMBA students in the future B-school”. Besides, companies owned by Han Qiaoyi, Shi Lianwei, Meng Yanjun, Lin Congqi, Cai Jingwen, Yuan Jiaze, etc. were rated as “Award for Company Excellence” and “Award for the Best Company in the Information Ages” respectively. During this summit, students from AHS competed with participants from all over the world, which not only broadens their horizon but also enriches their knowledge. What’s more, the students have established deep friendship.

This activity has called for great attention and support from the school leaders and the School League Committee. As one of the excellent student-led clubs, the performance of Micro-Biz Society not only fully demonstrates the excellent quality of AHS but also highlights the school’s conception of “constructing the national first-class and world-famous highly-qualified high school with the affiliated high school characteristics” as well as its goal “to cultivate excellent students with the affiliated high school characteristics”. Look forward to their more outstanding achievements during such summits.
