Recently Admission officers from Cornell University and Reed College paid a visit to High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) and held deep talks with AHS teachers and students.

As a member of the well-known Ivy League, Cornell University has long enjoyed a prestigious reputation in the US; Reed College features a liberal arts college taking the lead in various research fields, from which Jobs, the founder of Apple Company, graduated. The admission officers from the twouniversities visited the laboratories, multi-functional classrooms, history classrooms, geography classrooms, Psychological Consulting Room，symposium and other teaching facilities. Then Wang Yuzhang, Principal of High School Attached to Shandong Normal University, met the visitors and made profound communications. After giving a brief introduction of the school and its educational philosophy as well as his hope of deepening the mutual cooperation, Wang responded to the questions made by the foreign visitors on the course arrangement and the educational conditions of AHS International Department. The meeting concluded, both the admission officers examined the application materials submitted by AHS students and made deep communications.

At night the admission officers held a recommendation lecture in the lecture hall for AHS students and their parents, comprehensively introducing the two universities and their admission policies.
