From September 29 to October 5, 2014, the 17^thNational High School Women Basketball Invitational was on inWeifang,ShandongProvince. High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) attended the tournament under invitation. Over the seven-day competitions, AHS Women Basketball Team defeated in succession teams fromZhejiangWenzhouHigh School, He’nan Experimental High School and the other 11 teams with their perseverance and hard struggle and won the championship.

The National High School Women Basketball Invitational, aimed at promoting the communication among high school women basketball teams throughoutChina, has been held to its 17^thsession. With only the championship team in each province qualified to attend, the tournament almost takes in the best teams across the nation and thus is characterized by high-level competitiveness.

During the match coaches from many key universities came to scout for promising players, among whom Li Jingzhou and the other four students from AHS were reserved by East China University of Science and Technology, South China University of Technology,NorthChinaElectricPowerUniversityand Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
