The winning list of the 20th National Olympiad in Informatics in Provinces (NOIP2014 Shandong Division) has been officially published, and High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) has achieved success again. Altogether 14 students have won prizes, 4 of them winning the first prize and 10 the second prize. In addition, Wei Tianhao of Class 7 Grade 2012, who won the first prize (ShandongProvince) in 2013, was selected into the Provincial Olympiad Team this time to participate in the National Final, and won the bronze medal. AHS was awarded “theGoldMedalSchool” again.

AHS has made outstanding achievements in (NOIP) in the past years. The school emphasizes the cultivation of students’ specialty and offers high-configuration special classroom for the participants, providing excellent learning surroundings; besides, AHS has also offered competition spots for several years, assisting with the selection work of Provincial Olympiad Team.The school-based curriculum has been developed in AHS. After several years’ practice and exploration, the course of "algorithm and program design" has been put into practice, which has effectively trained and cultivated students' logical thinking and algorithm ability, receiving students’ recognition and affection.
