On November 25, 2015 “Family-SchoolCommunicationCenter” of High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) was founded and AHS Hotline was on after a one-month test run. From 8:30 to 11:00 am and 14:30-17:00 pm on weekdays the school leaders take turns to be on duty, when visitors shall come to have a face-to-face communication or ring the Hotline on 0531-86187633.

In October, 2015 Ministry of Education of People’s Republic of China issued “The Guideline on Strengthening Family Education”, according to which AHS founded the family-school communication center and opened the hotline with the purpose of interpreting educational policies, collecting suggestions and exchanging educational experiences with parents.

As a high school with its characteristics of university education, AHS has always been attaching much importance to family-school communication, taking the lead in opening parents’ school, opening AHS official microblog, publicizing AHS WeChat number and introducing XNW, a network platform for family-school communication. WithAHSFamily-SchoolCommunicationCenterfounded and AHS Hotline on, AHS has further consolidated the family-school interaction system and broadened the road for family-school communication, through which parents can play a better role in participating in and supervising the school’s management.
