The delegation of FEG Science & Arts School of Bonn inGermanypaid a visit to AHS from 11th to 19th, May, including 2 teachers, 3 parents and 13 students.During the visit, the teachers and students ofFEGSchoolattended AHS classes on both home and branch campuses, having a deep communication with AHS students on study. While the 13 students were invited to different classes, joined their study group and had an interactive communication actively, AHS students’ self-study approach and excellent communicating abilities left a deep impression on the visitors. Meanwhile,FEGSchool’s learning methods impressed the students of AHS as well. It happened that AHS was holding an activity called “The last Jogging Exercise” for the graduates. The visitors participated in this special activity with great interest. When the visit was ending, English Association of AHS held a party for the visiting delegation, at which students of both schools gave an excellent performance. An AHS student showed Chinese handwriting in the party and presented to the visitors a piece of handwriting with characters meaning long lasting friendship.

Apart from study communication, AHS arranged colorful activities with visitors, such as visitingAHSSchoolHistoryMuseum, the Museum of Shandong Province, and the Olympic Sports Center of Jinan, flying kites and so on, through which they had a better understanding of AHS and were exposed to traditional Chinese culture.

On 20^th, Principal Wang Yuzhang had a picture taken with the visitors and gave a send-off to them, showing his best wishes to their going-back trip and expressing the expectation of their coming again.

The international friend schools’ visit raises students’ cross-culture communication abilities, and widens their international horizons. With the promotion of AHS’ teaching quality and popularity, more and more peers in education both at home and broad have visited AHS. The communication in education has promoted the friendship between schools and has made AHS improved.
