The 2013 meeting of AHS students’ associations were held respectively on the two campuses on September 29 and October 7. The meeting, hosted by Students’ Association of AHS Students’ union , was intended to introduce students’ associations and help the freshmen take in new members and attracted more than 2000 students from Grade 1 and Grade 2 to attend, making quite a flourishing scene.

Having decorated the campus into a world blazing with color,over 40 students’ associations, includingAHS (High School Attached to Shandong Normal University) UMUNC Community, Military Society, Cartoon Community, Hot Music Association, Hand Painting Society and Opera Society, attended the meeting, actively introducing their associations as well as activities of considerable variety they have organized. The performances given by Hot Music Association, the graceful melody from AHS Orchestra, the cuisine displayed by Cuisine Society, Cosplay from Cartoon Community and works from Hand Painting Society greatly feasted the eyes of visitors, who were in high spirit and employing themselves in deciding to join their favorite associations.

Characterized by the large number of group members, AHS students’ associations continue to grow in the number as well as scale and are functioning as a platform for AHS students to enlarge their knowledge, exercise their abilities and upgrading their quality. Associations bridge lessons with students’ life and knowledge with their capacity, displaying in its real sense AHS’ educational philosophy of “putting students first and achieving their comprehensive development”.
