AHS 2012 Graduation Ceremony

On May 28th, The 2012 Graduation Ceremony of High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) was solemnly held in Xingfuliu Campus. Present at the ceremony are AHS Principal Wang Yuzhang, Secretary of the Party Committee Tan Yinghai, Deputy Principals Chen Dehai, Liu Congjun and Zhang Xianchen, Head of each office, the teaching staff and all the students in Xingfuliu Campus. The ceremony was hosted by Vice Secretary of the Youth League Zhang Jingting.

At the beginning of the ceremony, with the magnificent national anthem, the Five- Star Red Flag was raised in the sun by three flag bearers, Xie Zheng, recommended for admission to Xi'an Jiaotong University, Mu Tong, recommended for admission to Wuhan University and Wang Xiaohan, recommended for admission to Shandong University.After the national flag-raising ceremony, Zhao Anyuan, who has got the qualification of Peking University’s Real-Name recommendation of secondary school headmasters, gave a speech on behalf of all the students of 2012. In her speech, she looked back the 3 years she spent in AHS and expressed the gratefulness to the teachers and parents. She also said all of them will work much harder in the future life to build up a more glorious life.

Du Mingcheng, leader of Chemistry T&R Group, on behalf of the teachers, expressed the teachers’ love for all the students and happiness of witnessing their growth. He also gave all the students ardent expectations and sincere wishes.

Principal Wang Yuzhang addressed the ceremony. He first congratulated all the students who have been recommended for admission to key universities and then expressed his expectation on all the students who will go into colleges and universities, hoping that they can face the college entrance examination calmly, that they should love our country, stand high and aim far and that they will treat AHS as their permanent home.

Expressing their attachment to AHS, Wang Chengrui (recommended for admission to Tsinghua University), Zhu Tiancheng ((recommended for admission to Tongji University) and Dai Yifei ((recommended for admission to University of Science and Technology of China), representing all the graduates, presented a rudder as a gift. This rudder means the graduates of 2012 will set out from here and AHS will steer and direct for them.

At the end of the ceremony, the school leaders presented diploma to the graduates. It is known that totally 1793 graduates of 2012 of AHS complete their high school study and get the diploma and 30 of them have been recommended for admission to key universities like Tsinghua University.

During the ceremony, students were full of passion and enthusiasm. The school leavers were determined to show the excellent qualities of students of AHS by get a good grade in the coming examination. They set a good example for students of Senior 1 and 2, who are to study harder and create a brilliant future.
