2012 High School Mathematics Competition of Shandong Province and the Final of 2012 National High School Mathematics Tournament have come to close. 3 students of High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) won national prizes and 17 others provincial prizes. Cheng Difei was awarded the national first prize and Zhu Zhichao and Du Xinyuan the national second. Yao Zhongtian and other 3 students won the provincial first prize. Zhai Ranhao and 6 other students won the provincial second prize and Li Yafei and 5 other students the provincial third. Wang Zhongyi, a maths teacher of AHS and also the tournament coach, was awarded as the outstanding coach.

Based on student-oriented education principle, AHS pay much attention to students’ development and accomplishment and have attained many awards in high school tournament of different subjects.
