AHS was awarded “2011 Top 10 Advanced Unit ofShandongNormalUniversity”

On February 24^th,Party Committee of Shandong Normal University and Shandong Normal University awarded High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) “2011 Top 10 Advanced Unit of Shandong Normal University”. Vice-principal Wang Yuzhang, representing the AHS, attended the meeting.

It’s reported that the award aims at citing the advanced, setting up models, and motivating working enthusiasm of units on the basis of their achievements in 2011. Based on the processes of their presentation, joint assessment and voting, 10 out of more than 60 units were finally awarded the title.

During the past 2011, AHS has been upholding the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory, the “Three Representatives” Thoughts, andimplementing the scientific concept of development. Following these guidance, it concentrated itself on school reality and carry out school work in the spirit of emancipating mind, inspiring enthusiasm and vigor, which laid solid foundation for school work to go ahead in a down-to-earth manner. All these achievements inaugurated a new phase of school development and also won wide social praise.

The year of 2012 is an important year offulfilling the spirits ofCongress of Party Representatives of Shandong Normal University and advancing the implementation of The 12th Five-year Plan. AHS will keep moving ahead to strengthen the sense of responsibility, the sense of mission and the sense of urgency, with the aim of striving for more outstanding achievement in the field of education and school management.
