On April 6, in the meeting hall of the downtown schoolyard was held the unveiling ceremony for Shanghai University to confer High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) “Outstanding Enrollment Source Base”. The ceremony was attended by Jiang Ying, Deputy Dean of Qian Weichang College of Shanghai University, Ye Liang, an AHS alumina Grade 1992 who now works in the Enrollment Office of Shanghai University, Wang Yuzhang, AHS Principal, Chen Dehai, Vice AHS Principal, Wang Bin, Director of AHS Teaching Affairs Department and Xu Shishui, Vice Director of AHS Students’ Affairs Department.

Wang Yuzhang first introduced to the enrollment officers from Shanghai University the history of AHS, its educational philosophy, educational characteristics and achievements made in recent years, especially in Science and Technology Innovation Fair and students’comprehensive quality in autonomous enrollment for Chinese universities, through which many talented AHS graduates have been enrolled into universities. The enrollment officers presented a brief introduction of Shanghai University and expressed their recognition and gratitude to AHS for their students enrolled into Shanghai University, who well embody a combination of both talent and morality and display comprehensive qualities. Under the principle of mutual benefit the two parts signed “a protocol for talent-cultivating cooperation” and they reached a consensus that the two partsstart from co-building the quality students source base and further strengthen mutual cooperation and communication in view of nurturing more talents for society.
