Recently, the CYBL of 2015 was held in Qingdao Grand High School, Qian Yihao, student in International Program of AHS, and his teammates took part in this business competition. By the tacit cooperation and great business planning scheme, they finally won the silver award after four rounds of intense competition.

CYBL requires contestants to play as the role of CEO, marketing director, finance director and so on. They should take part in the business operations, introduce and review the case analysis method, do the SWOT analysis, complete and summarize three simulated operations, produce four competition operation reports, finally complete the crisis management and do an English presentation. Simulated business operations need excellent economic analysis skills, logical reasoning ability, constantly expand the market and obtain the largest share of the market with the minimum cost.

Qian Yinhao’s team tried to make decisions on manpower, production, sales, transportation and then experienced the changes in market depending on excellent oral English and precise mathematical operation ability. At last, they received high effect in transformation of business capital during the two days’ intense competition, which enhances contestants’ commercial decision-making ability, innovative thinking and charisma and reflects the cooperation consciousness of the competition team. Finally they won the silver award by their outstanding performances.
