Recently, the appraisal activity concerning popular science demonstration schools ofShandongProvinceheld by Shandong Association of Science and Technology and Shandong Education Department announced the final results. High School Attached to Shandong Normal University (AHS) is on the list again.
In this activity, experts evaluate the work of popular science education of each candidate school according to relative criteria. 40 schools inShandongProvincewere finally entitled “thePopularScienceDemonstrationSchool”.
This activity is held every five years. AHS once won this title in 2007. This time AHS is recognized again, which proves the efficient work we have done in popular science education and the achievements we have made in quality-oriented education. AHS has been spreading the knowledge of popular science in daily teaching and education and launching a variety of activities such as school-based curriculum, after-class forum and students’ societies, which shows the outstanding achievements in popular science education in our school.
