Grand Music Concert to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of CPC

On June 27, 2011 afternoon, in order to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Communist Party of China, the Senior Middle School attached to Shandong Normal University held a grand music concert in the large ceremonial hall of Shandong Normal University (SDNU). The distinguished leaders present at the concert were as follows: Mr. Xiang Laisheng, the deputy secretary of SDNU party committee; Mr. Qi Wanxue, Wang Shaohua and Wang Huanbin, the deputy principal of SDNU; Ms. Chu Lejuan, the secretary of discipline inspection commission. Meanwhile, several unit leaders of SDNU, the former leaders of senior middle school, the party political leaders, and all the teachers and students from Senior 1 appreciated the performance as well.

The concert programs were very colorful, and the atmosphere was warm. The magnificent orchestral music "Red Flag Song" opened the concert’s prelude. Low and deep touching "White-Haired Girl" suite as well as the grand boundless piano concerto "Yellow River"(the second and fourth music movement) surged in the hall. The chorus "Song of the Yangtze River" sung by the students from Class 1 and 3, Senior 1 was filled with the heroic feelings to praise the sentiment of Yangtze River. Orchestral music "Jasmine" featured the fragrant aftertaste, which made the audience lost in it. The orchestral melody "The Sun Came out Radiantly" expressed the optimistic mood of the industrious Chinese people who love their work and are eager to compose the new-era chapter hopefully. Mr. Sun Ke sang an affectionate solo tune "Motherland Gentle Mother", which gave our dear motherland the most beautiful blessing. Mrs. Deng Jing presented the audience with an enthusiastic female voice solo "Sky Road", conveying to the great Party our most sincere gratitude. The orchestral music "Good news from Beijing to Border village" let us share their happy feelings when the good news of our motherland’s latest development was passed to the border area village in a mountainous area. The students from Class 4 and 5 brought the chorus "Under the Bright Sunlight", expressing the praise to the great Party who led us to create a new epoch. Finally all the teachers and students stood up, whose fervor was spirited. They sung loudly a tune "Without Communist party, without a New China", which pushed the whole concert to the high climax.

The entire performance featured bright characteristic, lofty style, abundant content and profound meanings, which fully expressed infinite praises to Communist Party of China. It showed the vigorous upward mental outlook of our teachers and students and obtained everybody's consistent high praise.
